About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with data privacy standards
  • Coordinate payroll administration and benefits enrolment across multiple jurisdictions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR operational enquiries
  • Support HR reporting through the preparation and validation of headcount and compliance metrics
  • Assist with HR projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, operations, or shared services
  • Proven track record of managing employee lifecycle transactions and records
  • Experience supporting payroll or benefits administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using HRIS or case management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international or multi-country HR operations
  • Knowledge of HR technology platforms like ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, or Sage HR
  • Relevant HR or business-related certifications
