About the role
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with data privacy standards
- Coordinate payroll administration and benefits enrolment across multiple jurisdictions
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR operational enquiries
- Support HR reporting through the preparation and validation of headcount and compliance metrics
- Assist with HR projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, operations, or shared services
- Proven track record of managing employee lifecycle transactions and records
- Experience supporting payroll or benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using HRIS or case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international or multi-country HR operations
- Knowledge of HR technology platforms like ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, or Sage HR
- Relevant HR or business-related certifications
