About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date
  • Prepare essential HR documents including employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary correspondence
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval and agency liaison to interview coordination and offer stages
  • Validate proof of right to work documentation and ensure compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and guidance
  • Support probationary reviews and performance management processes to ensure timely completion
  • Administer third-party payroll systems, including monitoring time/attendance, tax, and pension data
  • Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including minute taking
  • Perform general clerical functions such as scanning, mailing, and document management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role
  • Proficiency with PCs and standard office software
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to maintain ethical practices and handle sensitive information

  • HR Certification
