About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date
- Prepare essential HR documents including employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary correspondence
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval and agency liaison to interview coordination and offer stages
- Validate proof of right to work documentation and ensure compliance
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and guidance
- Support probationary reviews and performance management processes to ensure timely completion
- Administer third-party payroll systems, including monitoring time/attendance, tax, and pension data
- Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including minute taking
- Perform general clerical functions such as scanning, mailing, and document management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role
- Proficiency with PCs and standard office software
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to maintain ethical practices and handle sensitive information
