HR Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes for teaching and administrative staff, including job postings and candidate screening
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and support international staff with relocation administration
• Maintain confidential employee records and manage HR documentation such as contracts and certificates
• Oversee employee insurance coordination and communicate with providers regarding inquiries or claims
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries to foster a professional communication culture
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, KHDA requirements, and internal school policies
• Support visa, work permit, and other government authority processes

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven professional experience in HR, ideally within an international or educational environment
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HR systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
