About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration activities at the Prešov plant
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Back Office teams, and external partners
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, changes, and terminations
  • Respond to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and calculate employee bonus data for Payroll processing
  • Act as the primary contact for social and health insurance matters
  • Support audits and ensure strict compliance with local legislation
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to regional HR projects within the EMEA organization

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of prior HR administrative experience
  • Proven experience with HR administration tools and systems
  • Experience in Time & Attendance (T&A) and Benefits management
