About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administration activities at the Prešov plant
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Back Office teams, and external partners
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, changes, and terminations
- Respond to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and calculate employee bonus data for Payroll processing
- Act as the primary contact for social and health insurance matters
- Support audits and ensure strict compliance with local legislation
- Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation
- Contribute to regional HR projects within the EMEA organization
Requirements
- 4-5 years of prior HR administrative experience
- Proven experience with HR administration tools and systems
- Experience in Time & Attendance (T&A) and Benefits management
