About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle, complete, and distribute HR-related tickets to the appropriate HR function
- Coordinate the annual review and distribution of HR policies
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records
- Respond to employment letter requests and follow up on ROEs and termination applications
- Monitor the work permit process
- Manage HR processes in UKG, including onboarding verification and employee changes like transfers or pay adjustments
- Manage HR-related inboxes and provide administrative support
Requirements
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG) and ERPs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with accuracy
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll
