About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle, complete, and distribute HR-related tickets to the appropriate HR function
  • Coordinate the annual review and distribution of HR policies
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records
  • Respond to employment letter requests and follow up on ROEs and termination applications
  • Monitor the work permit process
  • Manage HR processes in UKG, including onboarding verification and employee changes like transfers or pay adjustments
  • Manage HR-related inboxes and provide administrative support

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG) and ERPs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with accuracy
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll
