About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for up to 100 new starters per month, including accommodation, catering, and travel.
- Create and configure new starter profiles in Personio, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant.
- Collect and verify pre-employment documentation such as right to work and signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate employee records throughout the full lifecycle, from contract issuance to offboarding.
- Draft and issue contract variation letters for role changes, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Serve as the first point of contact for standard employee queries regarding leave, sickness, and expenses.
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, filing, and system updates.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
- Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within an HR function.
- Experience using an HRIS such as Personio or HiBob.
