HR Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Manage HR administration including recruitment support, exit interviews, and processing SARS tax directives.
• Oversee time and attendance management using XTime, including loading employees and monitoring leave records.
• Coordinate training and development by identifying needs, organizing workshops, and submitting merSETA documentation.
• Administer COIDA processes, including registering workplace injury claims and managing annual assessments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support ICT skills transfer programmes.

Requirements

• Human Resources Diploma or Degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2–5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and COIDA.
• Proficiency with XTime (Time & Attendance) and merSETA/NSDMS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with HRIS and attendance management systems.

Benefits

• Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC per month.
• Permanent position based at the Cemza Plant in Port Elizabeth.
