About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee databases, organizational charts, and HR records
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and data analysis using Excel
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee-related documentation
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials
- Support onboarding administration and employee information management
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR Director and team
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR administration or support
- Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large data volumes
- Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentations
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
