About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records, including contracts, PTO, and benefits, within the HRIS
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, such as background checks, equipment setup, and orientation
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
- Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and required postings
- Assist with office culture initiatives, including team-building events, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role within a company of 80+ employees
- Fluency in Mandarin
- 1+ year of experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
