Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes from recruitment to onboarding
- Coordinate personal documentation throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support payroll and HR processes
- Coordinate temporary staff employment processes
- Administer time tracking and attendance systems
- Manage Social Fund (ZFŚS) administration
- Handle employee benefits
- Support management in employee development and performance management
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in an HR department
- Plan for professional development in HR
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver's license
- Proactive approach and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic business environment
- Reliability, responsibility, and independence
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education or plans to pursue studies
- Knowledge of English
