About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation
- Maintain and update electronic and physical employee personnel files
- Support onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and orientation materials
- Assist with employee offboarding documentation and record archiving
- Respond to routine employee HR administration inquiries
- Assist with leave, attendance, and other administrative processes
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and administrative trackers
- Support payroll preparation by compiling required HR documentation
- Organize HR files and maintain document confidentiality
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment including climbing ladders and stairwells
- Must be based in Switzerland
