HR & Administration Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, contracts, and policies
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax, social security, work permits, visas, and government regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and internal communications
• Coordinate visa processing, travel, relocation, and support for expatriate employees
• Manage general office administration and liaise with authorities, service providers, and stakeholders
• Visit project sites as required to provide on-site HR and administrative support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR and administration
• Proven experience in payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and leave management
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social security, and tax requirements
• Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office applications
• Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English
