Responsibilities
- Support development and administration of time attendance tickets for multiple locations
- Improve effectiveness of HR tasks, policies, procedures, and practices
- Provide coaching through annual Performance Management Review and KPI setting
- Implement development solutions aligned with corporate HR strategies
- Analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts
- Manage execution of compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs
- Handle day-to-day compensation activities including benchmarking and salary banding
- Deliver analytical analysis on internal compensation to influence business decisions
- Provide advice and coaching on performance management issues to managers
- Support recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding processes
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources or analytical roles
- Fluent English
- Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Workday integration experience (preferred)
- Experience with incentive programs (asset)
- Strong time management and ability to maintain confidentiality
