About the role
Responsibilities
- Support personnel administration including managing employee entries and exits
- Collect and control payroll data and coordinate with social organizations
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and end-of-contract documents
- Manage sick leave tracking and leave management monitoring
- Handle mutual insurance and provident fund administration (affiliations, cancellations, modifications)
- Update HR tools and systems (Opteam, Egencia, Meta 4, Chronos, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation of the Skills Development plan
- Organize training logistics, including invitations and follow-ups
- Coordinate with training organizations and OPCO2i
- Assist with training-related reporting
Requirements
- Student in a Business School or University (BAC+3 to BAC+5) specializing in Human Resources
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong command of Excel
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Previous experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities
- Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
