About the role
Responsibilities
- Support personnel administration including managing employee entries and exits
- Collect and control payroll data and coordinate with social organizations
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and end-of-contract documents
- Manage sick leave tracking and leave management monitoring
- Handle mutual insurance and pension affiliations and updates
- Maintain and update HR tools (Opteam, Egencia, Meta 4, Chronos, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation of the Skills Development plan
- Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions and logistics
- Manage communications with training organizations and OPCO2i
- Perform reporting related to training activities
Requirements
- Student in a Business School or University (BAC+3 to BAC+5) specializing in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
- Ideally, previous experience with HRIS (SIRH) tools
