HR Admin

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical and administrative support for the HR function at the manufacturing plant
• Manage the attendance call-in line, record absences, and update timesheets
• Maintain the HRIS by reviewing and processing employee changes and entries
• Support the onboarding process by scheduling appointments and managing background check requests
• Act as a resource for employees regarding HR programs, benefits, payroll, and policies
• Monitor office and break room supply inventories and manage orders
• Manage the lobby area, greeting new hires, candidates, and visitors
• Assist with the planning and execution of company events

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience in an HR or administrative role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 1+ years of experience in an HR or administrative function
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
