HR Admin and PRO

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and salary certificates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including passports, visas, Emirates IDs, and insurance documents.
• Monitor expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and insurance policies to ensure timely renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zone authorities, and external service providers.
• Support payroll administration, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure full compliance.
• Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and compliance records in accordance with UAE labour laws.
• Provide general administrative support, including travel bookings and office administration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or PRO Coordination within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes, labour documentation, and Emirates ID procedures.
• Experience managing trade license renewals and regulatory documentation.
• Familiarity with payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
