HR & Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruitment from role definition through to offer closure
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure role clarity
• Proactively source, assess, and close high-quality candidates to build talent pipelines
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with high attention to detail
• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and people data
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closing and reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and service providers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in both HR (with recruitment ownership) and accounting or finance operations
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close hiring processes end-to-end
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for accuracy
• High standards of execution with a disciplined and structured approach to work
• Excellent professional English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage stakeholders confidently
