Housing Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance affordable housing programs to meet customer home lending objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and source new housing assistance programs that align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Manage the onboarding process for new programs, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain and manage relationships with Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs), municipalities, and nonprofits regarding down payment assistance programs.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of market, sales, financial, and operating data to identify emerging industry trends.
• Track program performance and produce regular reports on success, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure robust process and policy design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant mortgage experience.
• Advanced understanding of business and management functions within financial services.
• Must be located geographically to support the specific sales division.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of experience working specifically with mortgage products, programs, and credit guidelines.
• Product knowledge and understanding of Chase Home Lending processes.
