Housing Facility Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide timely repairs inside and outside of employee housing units
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and carpet installation
• Maintain common areas including walkways, lobbies, and laundry rooms
• Manage lawn and landscape maintenance in summer and snow/ice removal in winter
• Conduct general upkeep of facility equipment and tools
• Observe safety and security procedures and report hazards
• Assist in emergency or security events as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid, current, and unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and on uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in building maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
• Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair
