Houseperson

Responsibilities

• Clean surfaces and maintain property grounds and public spaces in excellent condition
• Assist in the sorting, pre-treatment, washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens
• Stock, maintain, and organize storage closets and facilities with proper inventory levels
• Respond to and record guest service requests in a timely manner according to company policy
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment and perform general repairs
• Maintain accessibility to the front desk, housekeeping, and the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Ability to lift 25 pounds on a consistent basis
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles and cleaning products

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel experience
