About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas
- Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and guest-requested items
- Stock housekeeping closets and supply rooms
- Collect and transport soiled linens and trash
- Assist Room Attendants with stripping rooms and replenishing supplies
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls
- Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
