- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Experience in office, commercial, hotel, or dormitory cleaning
- Ability to lift at least 50lb
- Ability to reach the site within 1 hour in emergency situations
- Must be a US citizen
- Ability to pass a Federal Background investigation
- Ability to pass drug testing
