About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of all assigned Crew and Officer’s cabins
- Maintain Crew and Guest public areas according to company standards
- Consistently exceed guest expectations and deliver high levels of service
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction
- Report directly to the Assistant Housekeeper and follow guidance from the Executive Housekeeper
