Housekeeping Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide warm service to guests and respond to requests such as baby cribs, folding beds, or extra towels
• Assist room attendants to ensure efficient room preparation and adherence to housekeeping standards
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping closets and manage necessary supplies
• Collect dirty laundry, waste, and recyclables using carts and housekeeping closets
• Follow department policies and procedures, report maintenance needs, and respect hygiene and safety rules

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in French and English
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, courteous, and helpful attitude toward guest needs
• Reliable and able to manage priorities effectively
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
