Housekeeping Support Attendant

Responsibilities

• Support both housekeeping and uniform operations through garment mending, alterations, and distribution
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
• Assist with cleaning stayover and checkout rooms in alignment with hotel standards
• Deliver items throughout the property as required
• Oversee guest dry cleaning services in coordination with partner laundry companies
• Maintain organization in the laundry room and assist with special projects like room inspections
• Follow all safety rules, emergency procedures, and departmental policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in sewing and clothing repair
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry over 50 lbs
