Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping attendants to ensure all tasks in guest rooms and corridors are completed according to luxury resort standards.
• Conduct team briefings and oversee colleague performance to ensure prompt, courteous service and operational compliance.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Champion Forbes 5-Star standards and company goals through regular inspections and training.
• Resolve guest complaints personally and gather feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor pantry supplies, maintain equipment records, and report facility upkeep needs to leadership.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel Management or a High School diploma.
• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Fluency in English (verbal, written, and reading).
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
