Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct housekeeping attendants to ensure all tasks in guest rooms and corridors are completed according to resort standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and common areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Conduct team briefings to align on daily tasks and ensure all members are properly groomed and in uniform.
• Oversee colleague performance, providing training to new joiners and identifying areas for improvement in low performers.
• Personalize guest service by meeting guests, resolving complaints, and gathering feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor pantry supplies, maintain equipment records, and report facility upkeep needs to leadership.
• Ensure all operations align with resort health, safety, and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Hotel Management or a High School diploma.
• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Fluency in English (verbal, written, and reading).
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
