Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces
• Assign daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure a positive guest experience
• Manage housekeeping inventory, supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to maintain room readiness
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and developing housekeeping team members
• Conduct routine room inspections, deep-cleaning programs, and lost-and-found procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage
• Ability to exhibit good judgment while performing under pressure
• Open availability for a full-time schedule
