Responsibilities

• Oversee the team's workflow, ensuring good cooperation across departments
• Support team members to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
• Deliver discreet, understated, tailored, and timely service whilst sharing knowledge and best practice
• Remain focused on delivering excellence and seeking feedback from guests
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel and our products to actively promote them
• Communicate regularly on the progress of tasks and consistently deliver on time

Requirements

• High personal and professional standards
• Strong instincts for understanding and fulfilling the needs of guests
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
• Good practical knowledge of housekeeping, global service standards, and product
• Confidence and good nature in leading a team in a high-pressure environment
• Enthusiasm for learning and personal growth
