Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team and lead by example to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Act as the right hand to the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations
• Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and impeccable guest experiences
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet the brand's high standards of excellence

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar position is beneficial
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
