Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team and lead by example to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Act as the right hand to the Housekeeping Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations
• Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and an impeccable guest experience
• Ensure all rooms and public areas meet the brand's quality and presentation standards

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a similar position is preferred
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Creative problem-solver with a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
