Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure excellent service and a perfect guest experience
• Act as the point of contact for all housekeeping-related matters, representing the Housekeeping Manager
• Conduct daily quality inspections of all hotel rooms and housekeeping areas to identify and resolve deficiencies
• Monitor and optimize the use of cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient operations and cost control
• Perform inventories and order cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Organize and coordinate special projects such as renovations and events with specific cleaning requirements
• Collaborate with other departments like Front Office, Engineering, and Administration to ensure smooth operations and resolve guest complaints

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping with initial supervisory and leadership skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide advice and recommendations
• Personal integrity and ability to work in a high-performance environment
• Openness to digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong communication skills
