About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping staff
- Conduct daily and random inspections of guest rooms and other housekeeping areas
- Keep updated on available rooms, maintenance, and check-in/out status
- Communicate room status and information to Room Attendants and the Executive Housekeeper
- Ensure Room Attendants maintain furnishings, facilities, and equipment in clean condition
- Identify and report repair and maintenance needs to the Executive Housekeeper
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
