Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team and lead by example to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Proactively ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the housekeeping department
• Work within the scheduled hours of 06:00 - 17:00

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar position or within the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in English
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Meticulousness and consistency in maintaining brand and cleanliness standards
• High personal culture and professional etiquette
• Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
• Creativity in problem-solving
