Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of the Housekeeping team, leading by example
• Ensure cleanliness and order in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to coordinate operational activities and resource management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene and health regulations
• Proactively respond to guest needs and feedback to resolve issues
• Support team training and development to maintain excellence standards
