Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants and assign work schedules
• Issue room keys, cleaning supplies, and equipment following control procedures
• Attend daily operational briefings to communicate priorities and VIP arrivals
• Monitor room status including VIP, DND, and vacant rooms
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure brand cleanliness and safety standards
• Identify and report maintenance defects and safety hazards immediately
• Train, coach, and mentor Housekeeping Attendants on cleaning techniques and service standards
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by resolving concerns professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position within a 4/5 star hotel
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Physically fit with ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
