Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness
• Proactively prevent irregularities and ensure smooth operation of all cleaning processes
• Work according to the established schedule between 06:00 and 17:00

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a team and high communication skills
• Meticulousness and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English for basic communication
• High personal culture and professional approach to guests and colleagues
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Yes, I Can!" philosophy
