Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure excellent service and a perfect guest experience
• Act as the primary point of contact for housekeeping-related matters in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
• Conduct daily quality inspections of all guest rooms and housekeeping areas to identify and resolve deficiencies
• Monitor and optimize the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost control
• Manage inventory and place orders for cleaning supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
• Coordinate special projects, including renovations and events with specific cleaning requirements
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Administration departments to ensure smooth operations and effective guest complaint resolution

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping with initial supervisory or leadership skills
• Fluency in both German and English
• Strong commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide professional recommendations
