Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors and public areas
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and service areas
• Monitor and guide Room Attendants and Housemen to maintain quality and efficiency
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special instructions
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff regarding duties and safety standards
• Ensure adequate stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues or room status discrepancies
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth operations
• Assist in planning staff schedules and daily task assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel
• At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English
