Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Help train and manage housekeeping staff
• Brief staff on daily events, occupancy, and cleaning focus
• Provide staff with necessary tools for assignments
• Monitor staff speed to ensure timely completion of duties
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness
• Communicate with front desk regarding arrivals, departures, and requests
• Assist in cleaning rooms and public areas as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience
• 5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
