Housekeeping Supervisor

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Inspect daily the condition and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain all storage and supply areas in an organized manner
• Oversee laundry operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Plan and manage staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency
• Participate in the training, coaching, and performance monitoring of Housekeeping team members
• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards, ISO procedures, and hotel policies
• Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams on room priorities and maintenance
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports, including monthly inventory

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent command of English
