Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate Housekeepers and Janitors across accommodation and common areas
• Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Plan and schedule housekeeping and janitorial staff within budget parameters
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and quality standards
• Manage housekeeping inventories and order supplies
• Assist Site Managers with administrative reporting, including timesheets and incident reports
• Support facility shutdowns, ramp-downs, and deep-cleaning activities
• Document and report maintenance issues or deficiencies to management
• Ensure compliance with WHMIS, HACCP, and Food Safe standards
• Support onboarding and training of new staff during site scaling

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in housekeeping or related facilities services
• 8+ years of experience in a senior or supervisory housekeeping role
• Experience supporting large-scale or rapidly growing accommodation environments
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in workforce accommodations, hospitality, or institutional environments
• Familiarity with accommodation or property management software
