Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations including room attendants and housemen
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and restrooms to ensure brand standards
• Coordinate room status with the front desk
• Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures and productivity
• Monitor linen usage, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns
• Assist with cleaning rooms or public areas when needed

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping
