Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning tasks in public and internal areas to ensure impeccable presentation
• Ensure quality of room service, laundry, and related areas according to LQA and luxury hospitality standards
• Plan and control the department budget (monthly/annual) and optimize costs
• Define department goals and objectives aligned with company policies
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Verify compliance with operational standards and team performance
• Manage training and development for cleaning and laundry staff
• Handle staff performance and disciplinary issues according to internal regulations
• Administer vacations, overtime control, and other operational team aspects
• Manage inventories, material/equipment replenishment, and linen selection
• Coordinate hotel floral decoration

Requirements

• Technical degree in Hotel Administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally as Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Workday and budget/inventory management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Result-oriented with ability to meet operational goals and service quality standards
• Ability to adapt to changes in occupancy and operational priorities
