Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool to ensure quality standards
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize cleaning
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
• Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
• Communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Hospitality
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
• Good health condition
• Flexible working hours based on season and occupancy
• Indonesian citizenship
