Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with 5-star hotel standards
• Assist in training and mentoring housekeeping staff to enhance performance and service quality
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation policies
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless hotel operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star luxury hotel environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be currently located in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in hospitality or housekeeping management
