Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff including Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants, and Housepersons
• Inspect cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back of house
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and mini bar items
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering departments
• Maintain Lost and Found logs and department checkbook

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a related housekeeping or hotel position
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and skills
• Working knowledge of hotel services, policies, and operations
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Ability to bend down and get on/off the floor numerous times per day
• Must pass a background check
