Housekeeping Steward

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards
• Clean guest cabins and public areas according to departmental standards
• Make guest beds with clean linen and replace guest amenities
• Report maintenance defects in cabins and corridors
• Assist with general onboard duties including greeting guests and helping with luggage
• Maintain team and customer-facing areas to the highest standards

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Understanding of housekeeping operations, hygiene, and safety
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and follow instructions
